You will be responsible for providing technical support and building customer relations through Inbound Calls. Technical queries & objections will be a major part of job profile. Customer retention & up sales will be the basis for performance.

1.Knowledge of Operating Systems 98, XP, 2000/Computer Fundamentals/Microsoft Certified (Not Compulsory).
2.Committed, Ambitious and Friendly graduates.
3.Willing to work in shifts.
