Job Description To provide On-call, email, technical and chat support to US MTs, Indian MT companies, US hospitals, back office support for US operations. Coordination of workflow. Job involves both voice and non-voice support. Shifts are mandatory(24/7).

Desired Profile Excellent command over spoken and written english with neutral accent. Knowledge of MS Office(Word and Excel).Technical knowledge is an added advantage. MALES only.
