Job Description

• Listen/Monitor Calls.
• Ensure Product and Process Quality.
• Generate & Present QA reports
• Identify and apply best practices.
• Mentoring/Coaching.
• Prepare weekly, monthly,annual quality plans. Develop and review quality plans.
• Apply available systems, principles, tools, methods & technologies.
• Attend and plan calibration sessions

• Required Trainers who have done quality work
• Required candidates from BPO Voice background
• Subject Matter Expert who have done reporting using software tools
• Performance Analysis
• Provide feedback abt the voice calls
