Creating PNR'S of passengers
Doing Pre-ponements,Post-ponements and Cancellations of Itenaries.'
Passing fares and flight information to the passengers.
Making reservations for Jet Privilege members,staff bookings,agent bookings.
Doing Tele-Checking for passengers
Informing Delay, Schedule Change, Combination, Cancellation and Accommodating Passenger on other Flights
Informing Seat Change, All Economy Class and Flight Operating as Airbus Both International as well as Domestic Flights.
Actioning Queues such as Q/11/20 Where we Inform Passenger about his Confirmation of the Seat on Flight
Actioning Q/33 where we inform passenger schedule change and combination

Should have good communication skill
Iata or diploma in travel and tourism is an added advantage( not mandatory)
A VERY GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A CAREER IN TRAVEL INDUSTRY
These positions are Permanent
The package every month in hand can go upto 12000+ attractive incentives.
70% day and 30 % night shift ( home drop would be provided during night shifts )
