Desired Profile	# Desktop Support # Hands on experience in system hardware support and troubleshooting # Strong experience of Windows 98/2000/2003/XP. # Knowledge of clients XMS outlook/Lotus notes. # Knowledge of Linux/UNIX/Printers would be preffered. # Willingness to work hard and go getter attitude. # Ability to tackle customer querries and handle issue on site. # Descent communication skills.
